Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard and express shipping options within New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within New Zealand only. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
